This is the Allen County Courthouse. I don't know if Peter did all the sculpting or which ones he did.
This is the Cook County Criminal Courthouse. The statues at the top are his work.
This is a King Gambrinus as he looks now. I'm not positive if he did this one but my grandmother wrote that he did a Falstaff character for the Gambrinus Brewing Company in Columbus. This statue was found in an out of the way park quite a few years after the brewery was destroyed. Someone "restored?" the statue and put it in front of another park in the Brewery district at 500 S. Front St. in Columbus. This is what he looks like now. I'm thinking they shouldn't have painted him.
He also did some work on the Scottish Rite Cathedral in Indianapolis. These are some old pictures of some of the works in progress that I think might be at that Cathedral: Hiram Abbiff; Hiram of Tyre; and Solomon.

I'm thinking we should plan a trip to see some of these sculptures.
Sounds good to me!
