Good News or Not?

My new online class starts today - Strategies for Instruction of Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disorders. The good news is that I didn't have to pay for a textbook--there is none for this class. The question is--will the class be harder or easier as a result? I've never had this professor before, so we'll see.

Aeronautical Engineers

Quinn spent the night last night and he and Grampy spent most of the evening in the garage being "aeronautical engineers". They came up with this pretty cool helicopter. Then Quinn promptly came in, got the crayons, and colored it. I asked him if it was a Life Flight helicopter, but he said, "No, it's to carry the U of M hockey players."--a little Daddy influence went into this project!

"Here Comes Lucy..."

I remember the day she came. It was at half-time of the Michigan-Vanderbilt game on a beautiful Saturday afternoon 3 years ago. It was memorable because we not only got to meet Lucy for the first time, but also Christie. What a great day! Both of them have been lighting up our life ever since! Happy Birthday, Lu! I love Lucy!
